As CTO, you'll lead the transformation of our platform's architecture, tackling challenges such as ensuring scalability, maintaining security standards, and aligning technology with our rapid business growth.

What You’ll Have Done

• Successfully migrated the legacy PHP monolithic platform to a scalable, cloud-native microservices architecture
• Built and scaled cross-functional, product-aligned engineering teams including backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Established optimized development workflows that accelerated delivery velocity and improved product quality
• Defined and implemented a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with aggressive business growth targets
• Delivered secure and fully compliant fintech and crypto platforms that meet regulatory standards
• Fostered a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation within engineering teams to drive business impact
• Adapted technology solutions dynamically to fast-changing market conditions and evolving product requirements
• Reported directly to the CEO, providing clear updates on technology strategy, team performance, and project progress

• A proven technology leader with hands-on experience scaling fintech or crypto platforms and leading complex IT transformations
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and building highly reliable, scalable systems
• A natural leader who builds strong product-aligned teams and fosters a culture of proactivity and ownership
• Pragmatic and strategic — able to balance technical excellence with business priorities and fast-paced decision-making
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for working with a global, distributed team
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment, tackling complex challenges head-on
