We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who will be the bridge between our DevOps team and developers — someone who can both build solid infrastructure and communicate technical decisions clearly to engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to enable fast, reliable deployments
• Manage and scale AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway)
• Develop automation processes for deployment, scaling, and monitoring
• Configure and maintain Linux servers (Debian-based OS, AmazonLinux)
• Work with Docker and containerization for production environments
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Set up monitoring and react to infrastructure incidents
• Troubleshoot performance issues across Linux, network, applications, and databases
• Collaborate with developers to understand infrastructure needs and deliver solutions

Must-have:

• 2-3 years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, VPC, Security Groups, SQS/SNS, RDS)
• Solid Linux administration skills (Debian/AmazonLinux) — configuration, security, troubleshooting
• Experience building Docker images and GitLab CI/CD pipelines for production
• Practical Terraform experience — writing modules, state management, best practices
• Proficient with Git workflows and branching strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills with examples of real troubleshooting under pressure
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers
• Self-driven — can work independently and propose improvements without micro-management
• English: B2+ (communication with international team)

Bonus skills:

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure
• Kubernetes (EKS)
• Serverless (CloudFormation/Serverless Framework)
• Monitoring stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, VictoriaMetrics)
• Background in fintech or crypto
• AWS certifications
• High-load systems experience
