As a Y Combinator S24 company, we've raised $13M Series A and are scaling rapidly with major European insurers. We're processing millions in claims monthly, growing 300% year-over-year, and expanding internationally.

The Role

Join our technical team of 10 to build production AI systems that transform how insurance claims are processed. You'll work directly with founders (ex-Meta, Scale AI) to deploy LLM-powered solutions serving enterprise customers.

What You'll Build:

• LLM systems for automated claim document analysis and assessment
• RAG pipelines that understand complex insurance policies and regulations
• AI agents that evaluate damage, determine coverage, and recommend payouts
• Production ML infrastructure on GCP handling thousands of claims daily

Technical Stack:

• OpenAI and Anthropic APIs with LangChain
• Python, PyTorch, Google Cloud Platform
• MLOps practices for monitoring and evaluation

Essential Experience:

• 3-6 years ML Engineering with production LLM deployments
• Recent hands-on experience with RAG systems, prompt engineering, or LLM fine-tuning
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Experience building scalable ML systems in cloud environments

Background:

• Strong mathematical foundation from quantitative degree program
• Advanced ML education or equivalent experience
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: £80,000 - £150,000
