What You’ll Be Doing

• Building an AI-driven claims platform that processes insurance claims at scale
• Designing and optimizing a high-load backend infrastructure (Node.js preferred, but Python, Go, or Java are fine if you're open to switching)
• Developing microservices and APIs that connect with major insurance providers
• Solving real-world scalability challenges—large datasets, real-time processing, and system optimization
• Taking ownership of architecture decisions, ensuring performance and reliability
• Working directly with the founders, influencing product direction and business impact

• An engineer who thrives in chaos and speed—you take responsibility, not just tasks
• Someone who doesn’t need hand-holding and owns their work from start to finish
• A developer with strong backend experience (Node.js preferred, but open to other languages)
• You get how distributed systems work, know SQL/NoSQL databases, and can optimize performance
• You’re comfortable working 10+ hour days when needed—because you love what you do and want to build something that matters
