About T1A

Tier One Analytics (T1A) is a fast-growing consulting company specialising in data engineering, analytics, and modern data platforms. We work with enterprise clients across Europe and North America, helping them build scalable data solutions and accelerate digital transformation.

Our teams operate across multiple regions, and we combine strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, delivery-driven approach. We are now expanding our Data Engineering Practice and looking for a Project Manager who wants to grow inside a dynamic consulting environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager (Middle level) to support end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects: data migrations, data platforms, DWH implementations, and reporting modernisation.

You will work closely with the Practice Lead, solution architects, and distributed engineering teams. This role is not technical in terms of hands-on engineering, but it does require familiarity with modern data concepts and the ability to manage client expectations, control delivery processes, and keep all work streams structured.

A large portion of the role includes:

  • managing timelines and scope,
  • maintaining documentation,
  • tracking hours, budgets, and costs,
  • preparing structured reports,
  • coordinating communication with clients and internal teams.

If you enjoy structured delivery work, proactive communication, and keeping complex pieces moving — you will feel at home here.
